This week's number for Storytime was the number 6. For a craft, we made rainbow chains. These are Amanda's and my chains. The kids? Well, some of them went with this color scheme...some went with a couple of red, some blue, and whatever other color caught their fancy.

I kind of like that about the kids. Just because a rainbow is "supposed to look like _______" doesn't mean that for them it will. I like the way they think and I hope (probably in vain) that they will retain some of that independent thinking throughout their lives.
