365 Photos Day 254
254/365
Ten years ago today our nation was reeling from the shock of a terrorist attack on United States soil.
Ten years ago today many brave men and women lost their lives trying to save others.
Ten years ago today many flags were flying at half-mast because of it all.
But not this one.
This is a flag that is flown at a company here in town. It's 30'x50', and is HUGE. This picture makes it look like an average sized flag, but it can be seen for miles.
Ten years ago today when everyone was still trying to process what had happened, this flag flew proudly and reassured many that we would be OK, even if it took awhile.
I'm not sure if we're all OK yet, but we're getting there.
