I'm doing the scheduling for the summer months at the library. This makes my head hurt. It's like doing a puzzle without knowing what it's supposed to look like in the end.
I usually just everyone put down when they can't work and go from there. But sometimes it doesn't always work out as pretty as I'd like, which is OK too, I guess. And I know that even after all this, there will still be some switching that has to take place.
Ah, the joys of being a semi-responsible librarian. Good thing I took that Management class… (she said as she laughs out loud).
