This is the first year in a loooooooong time that we've gone out as a family to get pumpkins for Halloween. It'll probably be the last time because the Kid will be going off to college next year. Unless, of course, she decides to stay in-state. Then maybe there will be more moments like this.
We're going to take these mini-pumpkins and use them to make Vampire Pumpkins (a project I've had pinned on my Pinterest board for awhile because the faces crack me up every time I look at them).
